Q. Can I order multiple calendars but have them delivered to different addresses?
A. Yes at checkout you will be given the option to send your items to multiple addresses at no extra cost.
Q. Can I start my calendar at any month of the year?
A. Yes, when you choose your calendar you'll be asked to choose the month and year you want it to start.
Q. Can I write and add photos on specific dates in a calendar?
A. Yes, when you are in the calendar builder you can click on a date and then add any text and photo you wish at no extra charge.
Q. Once I've finished my calendar can I duplicate it so I can change it slightly but also keep the original?
A. Yes once you've finished your calendar and saved it, click on “My Calendars” under “My Creations” in your account and under your Calendar you'll see an “Options” tab where you can click on duplicate.
Q. My calendar has been damaged in transit - What can I do?
A. We have a 100% customer satisfaction promise, it means that if you are unhappy with your order all you need to do is contact us and we will send out a replacement.
